Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because all Truth Shirt products are print-on-demand — custom-printed only after your order is placed — they are unique, personalized items that cannot be resold if returned. This means returns, exchanges, and refunds are strictly limited and generally not available except in specific cases of our error.

We will always try to help resolve issues and work with you to make things right where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds, reprints, or exchanges for the following common situations:

  • Wrong size selected (use our size charts carefully!)
  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the design/message (you knew what you were buying with our edgy tagline)
  • Ordering the wrong color, style, or fit
  • Shipping delays, lost packages in transit (beyond our control once handed to carrier), or customs/duties issues for international orders
  • Minor print variations (e.g., slight placement differences within standard tolerances)
  • Personal preference or external controversy (e.g., “someone got offended”)

Eligible for Refund or Reprint (Strict Conditions Only):

  • Manufacturing defects or clear production errors (e.g., misprint, wrong item shipped, severe quality issues)
  • Damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn, stained during fulfillment)
  • Must report within 30 days of delivery date
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached (where applicable)
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue, your order number, and proof of purchase

If approved, we may offer a free reprint (preferred where possible) or a refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days after we receive and verify your evidence. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue is solely our fault.

Cancellations: Possible only before production begins (typically within a few hours of ordering). Contact us ASAP — we’ll try, but no guarantees once printing starts.

All other sales are final. No exceptions for the reasons listed above. We appreciate your understanding — our limited policy keeps prices low and lets us focus on bold, unfiltered designs.
